Leaky Faucet

I mentioned something earlier in one of my
post about being in the hospital having my
baby then coming home to all the problems.
Especially the leaky kitchen faucets. So as
natural I call the landlord since we are
renting and let him know that our sink is
leaking and there is water everywhere he tells
us it is our responsibility to fix it. I could
see if we were buying this house but we are
not and I am not having repairs come out of
my pocket when I have to pay for rent also.
