Outside furniture

Have you ever noticed that when patio furniture
sits outside in the rain, and dew that it feels
muggy and dirty? My problem is I live in the
country so we get alot of dew at night and in
the morning, and the paint on all of my tables
and chairs is starting to peel off. I don't want
to re-paint them every single year. But I don't
want to waste money and buy a new set when the
set I have works, I am just in a pickle.
